Qualifications:Ability to understand end-user needs and user experienceIs an independent worker and proactively seeks to innovateDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven results oriented person with a delivery and quality focusAbility to mentor and bring junior developers to your level and skillOpenness to learn new skills and techniquesPossesses knowledge of the following applications and tools:Experience with CSS pre-processors (less, SASS)Experience with one or more server side languages, especially Python or JavaExperience with common template frameworks (django, JSP)Solid knowledge on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)Working knowledge of mobile apps (Android, iOS)Should possess knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.Should be capable of web application analysis and performance optimization using industry standard best practicesBS in Computer Science or related field
