Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
This position will be responsible for software testing and quality assurance. This is a contract opportunity.SDET Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and update a scalable automated testing framework for functional, performance and regression testingCollaborate with software developers to create test cases and ensure test coverageDesign and implement test plans, test cases and test strategiesWork closely with the development team to identify and resolve software defectsReport defects and track issues to resolutionParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, maintainability, and performanceStay up to date with industry best practices for software testing and automationCommunicate testing progress and results to stakeholdersSDET Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field5+ years of experience in SDET or a related roleExperience leading the development of scalable automated testing frameworksStrong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similarProficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python or C#Experience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
