McGee Air Services is looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Specialist to join our Corporate Business Systems Team.

The pay band for this role is $69,873 - $104,810 annually.

The Hiring Target for this role is $69,873 - $86,000 annually.

This is an on-site role and requires frequent in-office presence; applicants must reside or be willing to relocate to the Greater Seattle area.

The Business Systems Specialist will execute McGee's strategic initiatives surrounding the administration of multiple cloud systems, pro-active user support, and develop complex workflows using applicable programs. This role constantly uses discretion and independent judgment in their daily work and is critical to ensuring our business systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with our organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cloud Systems Administration:

Oversee the administration of various cloud-based systems. Ensure their reliability, performance, and security; partner with vendors to ensure KPIs and SLAs are maintained.

Workflow Development:

Assess and provide recommendations to optimize complex workflows using Excel and Microsoft Power Automate.

User Support:

In partnership with IT and Business Systems Specialists, provide pro-active support to users, addressing system-related queries and troubleshooting issues.

System Integration:

Analyze the business case and manage the integration of different business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Training and Documentation:

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems and workflows. Lead training sessions for users on new systems and updates.

Project Management:

Oversee and own projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis review and provide ongoing recommendations to the organization. Analyze reports to support business decision-making to strengthen our business systems.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Own all systems and applicable processes to meet compliance with relevant laws and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends in business systems and cloud technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of two years of experience in business systems management, with a focus on cloud systems and workflow development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong understanding of cloud system architectures and integrations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience in managing IT or business system projects.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
