The Bank is seeking an experienced Actimize developer to join its IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the solutions by working closely with business analysts, architects, SMEs, testing and support teams.Primary Responsibilities:Work as IT Developer in the Compliance (KYC, CRR, BSA/AML) area on Actimize PlatformCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and objectivesMaintain comprehensive documentation of the solutions, processes, configurations, and technical specificationsDesign the solutions for the business requirementCollaborate with testing team for quality assurance of the solutionTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by BAU teamsAdhere to best practices and coding standards in developmentQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years in banking and financial services, with a focus on Compliance ITProven experience as Actimize developer with strong understanding of Compliance processes.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentProficiency in the following technical skillsetActimize AISActimize RCM/ActOneActimize UDMActimize FinCEN SARActimize SOLRActimize Data knowledgeSql, Pl/sqlUnixShell scriptingAutosys, Control-M, Cybermation or similar Batch scheduling tool is a plusJava is a plusCompensation:The expected annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $135,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.Additional Information
