Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management.3 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.Experience managing regional maintenance planning (e.g., electrical/mechanical), critical facilities, and operations for data centers.Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., CMMS: Maximo, Infor, Datastream, SAP PM, etc.).Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Leadership experience in managing distributed teams, influencing change, and thinking.Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and power requirements for high-availability data centers.Understanding of maintenance philosophies, data center technology, and data analysis.About the job:A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for the team.Ensure maintenance planning and scheduling related priorities are consistent with company objectives.Oversee the Planning and Scheduling of work that is associated with data center Infrastructure.Hire, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Planning Program Managers to meet objectives.Identify problems and create solutions for minimizing equipment downtime.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
