ServiceNow Platform & Systems EngineeringThe Pegasus program is a collaborative coalition partnership between the Five Eyes (FVEY) military nations that consists of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States. The program’s objective is to provide a wide array of information sharing capabilities (email, phone, video, and chat) to enable a variety of contact options for FVEY coalition warfighters promoting consistent and seamless collaboration opportunities at both a national and international level.We are seeking qualified candidates to operate and maintain Pegasus, which directly support US military forces and US Coalition members with critical war planning and warfighting capabilities. The Pegasus team will test, deploy, operate, sustain, and maintain all Pegasus networks, services, and applications.Responsibilities:ServiceNow Configuration and Development: Experience with leading design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to meet the organization's SPM, CSM, ITSM and/or ITAM (hardware) requirements.Collaborate across the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications. Manage data migration tasks when required.Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements and provides recommendations for improvements to optimize ServiceNow solutions.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy. Lead and drive for test automation.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and developments.Plan, estimate, define, and document the requirements for complex systems, equipment, and software configurations.May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.Required Qualifications:Minimum of ten (10) years engineering experience in support of IT network engineering, NetOps C2, and communications to include governance and policy and process development and implementation. Of the ten years engineering experience, at least five (5) years of experience managing/leading network C2 operations at a Network Operations Center (NOC) or in a major DoD network computing or communications program. Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross-network communications, including Service and Joint networks is required. Experience in the available DoD classified and unclassified communications transport, and the organizations that manage them.Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology systems management.Certifications: Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) Level 2 certified or possesses an equivalent certification from private industry such as the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or ability to obtain within 6 months.Clearance: Secret clearance required.Must have a current IAT Level II certification in accordance with DOD Directive 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management, DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program Certifications.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
