Even when no one is looking.ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re seeking a Project Engineer ready to be on the front lines of a project--giving daily support to the field, project management, and customer teams. Our Project Engineers (PE) are vital in keeping our processes moving along and assists in the execution of project plans. This role will be responsible for specific activities such as coordinating material onsite delivery dates, maintaining RFI, submittals, and change order logs, and will serve as a key point of contact for internal customers.ABOUT YOUYou are willing and excited to learn—with a continuous focus on cultivating a growth mindset. You bring a wide range of skills from being organized to communicating through various channels and collaborating with your team members. You are comfortable taking initiative and ownership of your work. You’ll work directly for a project manager or project executive on a team that partners with field, engineering, and design teams. It’s ok if you don’t have a deep understanding of electrical construction, just be ready to learn and get fired up. You'll have the opportunity to soak up knowledge from everyone you work with – from the journeyman and general foreman to the project team assigning daily tasks. In addition to on-the-job experience and mentoring from your peers, you’ll attend vendor off sites, training classes, and other learning opportunities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify.Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.Licensure/Certifications:
None required.Experience:
Zero (0) years of construction or related experience required. Two (2) years of construction or related experience preferred.Driving Record:
Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.*Applicants must be authorized to
