Tasks/Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Excel).Lead Agile ceremony meetings (DSU, grooming, release planning) and drive accountability with teammates.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and testing.
Description:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role.2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Nice to have:Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts.Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
