is currently seeking a

DevSecOps Engineer

to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the Space Development Agency. The Space Development Agency (SDA) delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture.Job Responsibilities:Design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure Cloud products and services within a Cloud-based environment to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible.Maintain ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure.Provide Source Control Management/Documentation, create and maintain fully automated CI build processes for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts.Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance.Support full automation of CI/ testing.Support policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.Enable successful release management by moving code from Development and Testing environments to Staging and Production.Work closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms.Provide guidance and apply agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and reliable operations of product.Continuously identify opportunities to automate and save time.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field2-5 years of hands-on experienceGitlab-ci experienceDevSecOps pipeline experienceComplete understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Build/Release engineeringKubernetes experience (of any kind) but Rancher Federal a plusUnderstanding of AWS cloud and components of the AWS cloud (AMI, EC2, RDS, LBs, etc)Ability to read logs, troubleshoot, and diagnose infrastructure issuesMust be a U.S. CitizenMust

have

and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD)

TS/SCI

security clearance.Must have the ability to travelPreferred Experience:Experience and knowledge in the following areas:Agile methodologies including Scrum or KanbanAgile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, ConfluenceCI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory)CSPs including Azure, AWS, or OCIContainerization and container management with Kubernetes and HelmSecurity automation with tools such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)Cyber tools - Aviatrix, Orca, Splunk, Amulous, STIG scannerTerraform, Ansible, CloudFormationGit, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub FlowCloud high availability and scalability best practices and architectures
