Partner with HR leaders on consulting engagements to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and SAP’s innovation strategy.Leading Practices and Benchmarking:
Utilize SAP’s leading practices and benchmarks to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions, setting the stage for impactful improvements.Process Mapping & Documentation:
Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements, providing customers with a framework to implement optimized processes confidently.Employee-Centric Design:
Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes, creating positive interactions and fostering a meaningful employee experience at every stage.Industry Insight:
Keep a pulse on emerging HR and business trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position yourself — and SAP — as a go-to resource for industry expertise.Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to evolving SAP’s leading practices to keep pace with changing industry standards and ensure that SAP’s solutions remain highly relevant and effective.Education and QualificationsConsulting Expertise:
3-5 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; experience with EC Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits is preferred.Professional Services Experience:
Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.HR Knowledge:
Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations to support designing and optimizing HR processes for large, global enterprises.Consulting Leadership:
Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders, with the ability to drive the adoption and integration of new HR processes and technologies.Exceptional Communication:
Clear, impactful communication skills are essential for this role; you should be able to articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences and foster collaboration at all levels.About the TeamJoin the HR Innovation and Transformation team - a global team of HR experts dedicated to helping SAP SuccessFactors customers on their journey to the cloud. Together, we bring out the best in every HR function.Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. The targeted combined range for this position is 134300 - 228300(USD) USD.
