SAP IBP Architect - Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of Senior SAP IBP architect is to lead and design cutting-edge SAP IBP/SCM solutions for iHerb. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Response and Supply modules, time series planning, Truck load builder (TLB), Cloud integration data services (CI-DS), Material requirement planning (MRP), Demand Planning, Supply planning and S/4 MM functionality. The resource should act as a liaison between the IT teams, AMS teams, IM&P and Operations teams at iHerb. This resource will be the subject matter expert for IBP related functional and technical issues and will engage with SAP CSP and business stakeholders on a regular basis.Minimum Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesSupport Demand Planning, Order/Time based planning, Heuristics, Optimizer planning, Order prioritization, allocation, Response and Supply modules (Supply planning, Deployment planning), Sales and Operations planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization, Demand Driven Replenishment and Control Tower modules of SAP-IBP (version 2408) with complete understanding of functionalities & configuration.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and work towards validation of changes with business using established change management procedures.Ability to understand, define and support lights-out jobs at a nightly level for Operations.Integration experience between SAP S/4 HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services or Real-Time Integration (RTI).Ability to implement strategies to streamline and optimize Master Data and related integration with SAP.At least three end-to-end implementation experiences in deploying one or more of the applications listed above.Demonstrate ability to plan, run, and manage discovery workshops/meetings with business stakeholders.Responsible for configuration of scenarios in SAP IBP and documenting as per project deliverables.Provide training and support to end-users and cross-IT as applicable on IBP functionalities, new features, and enhancements.Develop training materials and conduct workshops to increase IBP proficiency within the organization.Education & Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information technology, or Computer Science.10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Supply Chain architect in APO/IBP or similar role, with a focus on SAP implementations and support.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE and SAP public/private cloud.Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Project management experience, including planning, execution, and reporting.Excellent communication, Excel use, and documentation skills.SAP certification(s) preferred but not required.
