Position Summary

eX² Technology is seeking an Enterprise and Utility Networks Manager skilled in ESRI Utility Networks implementation to join our team. As an Enterprise and Utility Networks Manager, you will implement ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Networks throughout all aspects and workflows of the business and look for new areas to integrate into business practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Apply project management experience planning and implementing large IT spatial information management system projects

Direct and lead the work of technical staff

Work independently and with a team to plan and create database structure and schema for migration to utility networks

Work to identify, create and implement key GIS workflows in Utility Networks

Manage GIS team and advise leadership on relevant changes and direction of implementation of Utility Networks

Grow usage of ESRI and Utility Networks in our business workflows and push further usage in each department, including sales/marketing, operations and engineering

Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

Job Requirements

Education

5+ years of professional experience with similar responsibilities

UN Certification preferred

Experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience working with the ArcGIS Utility Network.

Proven Experience with GIS/IT enterprise solutions.

Previous experience in Spatial Information Management system implementation / project management ArcGIS Utility Network implementation

Experience in the integration of ArcGIS with work management, network analysis, OMS, customer information and document management systems

Moderate to Advanced Programming and scripting experience with Python and Arcade

Advanced ArcGIS Platform Configuration skills (including Enterprise SDE, ArcGIS Server, Arc Portal)

Experience in performing SQL development and ability to create procedures, triggers, sequences, constraints, user roles application SQL tuning and diagnosing performance issues in an ESRI enterprise GeoDatabase environment

Knowledge in modeling and managing logical and geographical network data

Understanding of Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS cloud implementation of an ESRI GIS environment

Experience in using ESRI’s JavaScript API, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder, Survey123 and understanding of ArcGIS Online functionality.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Expert knowledge in ArcGIS implementation including (ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise SDE, DataStore, GeoEvent, Portal and ArcGIS Server) in a multi hosted environment.

Expert knowledge in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 or higher (ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server), Enterprise Geodatabase (ArcSDE), and ArcGIS Pro/Desktop.

Knowledge of Telecommunications networks basic engineering and construction and/or Right-of-Way corridor planning

Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS PRO 2.x / 3.x, understanding the differences in ESRI Geometric data model and the ESRI Utility Network data model. Working experience is MS Visio, MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, PowerShell, Command prompt batch files, Source control management (GitHub, DevOps or similar)

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills
