DescriptionJob Summary :The purpose of this position is to develop and maintain the individual, internally developed plant production and business systems. Participates in a team responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of plant and business systems. This is a hands-on role working collaboratively with development and operations to enable quick builds in parallel projects including working with stakeholders to build project scope and deadlines.Job Description:Design and maintenance of Plant Production SystemsCreate and Report on Project Status, Deadlines and Constraints. (Both management and customer)Maintenance of Corporate and Plant Production Systems Software Code Base.Ensure compliance to regulatory policies and proceduresSupport Plant Floor Systems when applicableProvide Application Support, including on-call situationsQualifications:Project Management ExperienceBusiness process in lean manufacturing experienceMES, SCADA and traceability systems developmentWorking experience with SAP or other ERP SystemsStrong understanding of IT Security and IT Business Risk ControlsSkills and Abilities:Ability to make sound business decisions, exercise good judgment, and be highly motivatedExcellent debugging skills, able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple systems.Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related tools.Ability to write and execute database queries and create database objects (Stored Procedures, Tables, Triggers)Intermediate understanding of computer hardware.Ability to work solo or in a team environment on multiple parts of a project.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to exchange information, understand requirements, and solve problems related to assigned projects, within guidelines as requestedAdvance ability to design, code and test new Windows and Web software applicationsCreate technical specification and test plansCreate new and extend existing operational documentationConsult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systemsSoftware:Visual Studio, .NET Framework, .NET Core C#, VB.NET, ASP.NETHTML, CSS, JavascriptSQL Server Database, Oracle Database, SQL Query and Stored ProceduresAzure DevOps or GitMicrosoft OfficeMicrosoft SharePointPTC KepwareTelit DevicewiseInductive Automation IgnitionLeading2LeanEducation:
