Responsibilities:The Skills/Expertise You Have
Minimum 6 years systems analyst experience and 3+ years of Salesforce experienceExpertise in understanding the Salesforce.com, Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce product areasShould have understanding of solutions on Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/FlowsExperience performing data analysis using SQL on oracle database and ExcelExperience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and featuresExperience in delivering software in the Agile environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to interview Business partners to understand objectives, use cases and requirementsAnalytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger programProficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentationAbility to diagram business processes and system workflows
