MMC Business Systems Analyst
is responsible for implementing Odoo for large companies with 250+ users.This is an
implementation project management role
for someone excited to work at the intersection of software and business. You'll be trained to become a subject matter expert across Odoo's many diverse apps (there are over 50!). This is a hybrid (60% in office, 30% remote, 10% traveling to client office) role in Buffalo, NY.Here at Odoo, we create user-friendly business software to streamline any company. That's why we built a range of easy-to-use business applications with tools to address every business need. Clients that purchase success packs will interface directly with you, and you'll bill time against the packs as you provide expert consultation.Responsibilities
Be a full-cycle ERP Business System Analyst for the North American market, providing our clients with a top-notch end-user implementation experience.Manage client relationships while implementing Odoo SaaS solutions.Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations to map their processes to Odoo's solutions.Quantify the resources required for a task/project related to an Enterprise Resource Platform implementation.Project manage ERP implementations to create systems used by clients who want a product they love.Collaborate with Odoo's developers to execute clients' business requirements.Collaborate with clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.Occasionally advise the sales team during pre-sale regarding complex implementations.Work with clients to train their end users on the Odoo platform.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred.Excellent planning, mapping, and communication skills combined with client interaction.An affinity with the Information Technology world, you understand the use cases of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software).Passion for software.Enthusiastic to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to Have
Experience in a SaaS or ERP company.Available immediately.1-2 years experience in post-sales implementations.Your Values:
