1. FileNet Fullstack Development - (Experience with version 5.2 is a plus)2. Java Development - (Main focus is FileNet, but needs to have some Java)3. Object Oriented Design and Programming4. Windows Server and LinuxFileNet DeveloperWork as an integral part of the ECM Application development team. Responsible for designing, integration, developing and supporting web-based workflow applications and related backend systems. This person will provide application architectural solutions and resolve complicated application issues including performance tuning. This person will serve as a FileNet Developer for application development of new applications or enhancements to existing applications.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform and participate in design and code reviewsTake ownership of initial code quality including unit testingProvide technical support to internal customersBe responsible for the health and maintainability of our codebaseMonitor and maintain/enhance the ongoing performance of systemsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsSelf-starter with a strong initiativeProvide technical mentoring to other team membersQualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSGraduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.7+ years of experience in designing and developing FileNet applications and related middle tier servicesSolid understanding of object-oriented design and programming (OOD, OOP)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills demonstrated ability to work in a team EnvironmentPrior experience with BPM softwareExperience with IBM FileNet P8 4.0 or higher or other equivalent enterprise class workflow systems is a plusExperience with IBM Case Manager is a plusSoftware development experience (i.e. JAVA, .NET) and understanding of full SDLCExperience deploying and working with solutions on J2EE server platforms (i.e. WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss), preferably WebspherePrior experience with relational databases (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle)Experience with both Windows Server and LinuxPrior experience with Subversion is a plusAdditional Information

Good communication skills are a big priorityDuration: 6+ monthsIdeally they would like someone who would be able to convert to full time, but the manager is open to H1B candidates.
