Position Summary

The Analyst - Pharmacy Non-Compliance position requires a motivated and eager individual who is detail-oriented and can multi-task. This role will be responsible for addressing pharmacy contract non-compliance allegations that are sensitive and complex.The Analyst will review non-compliance allegations and make outreach to pharmacies to discuss the allegations.The Analyst must be capable of providing detailed written responses as they work and interact with various internal partners. These written responses will summarize the allegation and provide responses to plan sponsor/participant concerns with the contracted pharmacies.

Required Qualifications

This position requires 3+ years of work experience with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or with a Retail Pharmacy environment.1+ years of conflict resolution experience.2+ years of MS Office Applications experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of pharmacy operating systems and claims adjudication software.Strong organization and time management skills.Assertive, self-starter who is able to make decisions independently.Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $76,500.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
