CORROSION ENGINEERING SUPPORT - LEVEL 2 SERVICESRole/JobCORROSION ENGINEERING SUPPORT - LEVEL 2 SERVICESStart Date1st January 2024Work ExperienceMust have Approver level 1 experience in usage of Integrity Management System (IMS) and Implementation of Reliability Based Inspection strategy outcome experience for Pressurized Equipment Integrity Management for SCiN facilities OR must have over 8 years hands-on work experience in Pigging operations and In-service Pipeline Repairs.Technology PlatformsAdept at working with enterprise Integrity Management System (IMS), SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Skype), SharePoint, etc.Professional CertificationsOne of the following API 510, 570, 580, 653, NACE CIP2, ASNT level 2 is an added advantage.Technical SkillsProven experience in managing integrity management systems (IMS) process tool for Pressurized Equipment Integrity Management activities for SCiN facilities.Proven experience in deployment of Reliability Based Inspection strategy outcomes for SCiN Facilities and in IMS software.Proven ability to manage a team of people to meet project/task deliverables.Proven experience in researching and delivery on new technology innovations into teams and inspection process.Effective facilitation of stakeholder engagements, trainings, and workshops with proven records in preparation and delivery of trainings and learnings to meet desired objectives.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive prioritizations, escalations, and implementation of decisions to achieve team goals.Effective in stakeholder engagement to deliver on assigned goals and targets for the team.Conversant in delivering technical integrity of static equipment (pipelines and valves).Conversant in developing and updating Maintenance Job Routine (MJR).ResponsibilitiesThe Snr IMS supervisor’s primary role is to ensure that SCiN achieves sustainable integrity outcomes through the implementation of Integrity Management system (IMS) process in a safe, reliable, efficient & cost-effective manner.Specifically, he/she will:Responsible for review of inspection data and providing integrity report for assigned equipment.Investigate and implement new inspection technology where necessary.Deliver quality specification for inspection services.Manage and update risk-based inspection outcomes.Collate and present relevant data for failure investigation.Review and update maintenance reference plan.Participate in MOC and deviation review process where required.Periodic review of inspection work pack, MJR, strategy document, and policy e.g. AMS.Additional SkillsProblem-solving, good analytical, and presentation skills.Good organizational and networking skills.Flexible, adaptable, and a fast learner.Respects and values opinions of others, a person of integrity, and good at coaching and mentoring.A commitment to continuing own professional development, and a continuous improvement mindset.The ability to work and deliver despite pressures of tight deadlines.The ability to create and maintain cordial working relationships with colleagues and customers.Good understanding of legislation, statutory requirements, and information management such as Data Privacy, etc.Working HoursWorking hours are usually 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday; may be required to work on weekends on-site. Traveling out of base location for days might be required and may include hours/days to be spent on fields locations in onshore, swamp, or offshore locations.
