Palantir DeveloperJob Summary:We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, PySpark, and Palantir. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects that drive our company’s mission forward.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions in Palantir Foundry using Python PySpark.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data processing pipelines.Optimize and enhance existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Implement data integration solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Qualifications:Possess a strong proficiency in Python with extensive experience in developing robust applications.Demonstrate expertise in PySpark with a proven track record of building scalable data processing pipelines.Have hands-on experience with Palantir leveraging its capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Show strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Display a commitment to continuous learning staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Have a solid understanding of data security principles and best practices.Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Possess a strong attention to detail ensuring the accuracy and reliability of developed solutions.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.Have experience in conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.Exhibit a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.Certifications Required:Certified Python Developer, Certified Big Data Professional, Palantir Foundry Certification.The annual salary for this position is between $[100,000 – 110,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits:
