Role:

Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud – Planning Functional Lead

Location:

Atlanta, GA or Remote with Travel (Must reside in the United States)

Position Summary:

Lead the implementation for Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Planning module for a large Oracle Fusion transformation program.

Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS (Warehouse Management) modules.

Conduct requirement and prototype workshops with client stakeholders and document the outcomes.

Execute fit-gap analysis and identify the right solutions and workarounds.

Prepare project deliverables as per Oracle’s OUM implementation methodology.

Hands on experience and willingness to work on Solutioning, Configuration, Documentation, User Training and solution Testing.

Candidate should have minimum 3 Cloud implementation experience.

Position reports to overall program architect.

Responsibilities:

Management, Pricing, and Warehouse Management Services, for client projects.

Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes and recommend solutions to meet business needs.

Conduct requirement workshops with business leads and document the outcomes.

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements.

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems.

Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation.

Create functional design documents and work with developers for custom extensions.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

Core Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud – Oracle Demand Planning and Oracle Warehouse Management modules.

Experience in Inventory configurations and functionality.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Services and Procurement.

Implementation Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferably based at Atlanta, otherwise willing to travel frequently and regularly.

Experience in large global – multi country and multi-phase transformation programs.

Experience on retail customer projects, with multiple stores and franchise model.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,890/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OC SCM - Oracle Supply Planning OC SCM - Production Scheduling OC SCM - Inventory Management and Oracle Order Management Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to design and implement effective solutions. Experience in Finance & Accounting and Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the integration of Oracle Order Management Cloud with other enterprise systems.

Provide expert guidance on OC SCM and Oracle Supply Planning to optimize supply chain processes.

Develop and maintain production schedules using OC SCM.

Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy using OC SCM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and configure Oracle SCM modules to align with business needs.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet specifications.

Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle SCM functionalities.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions.

Have extensive experience in OC SCM, Oracle Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, and Inventory Management.

Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Order Management Cloud.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Have a background in Finance & Accounting and Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

Oracle SCM Cloud Certification, Oracle Order Management Cloud Certification
