Provide expert-level guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP FICO, FM, and PS modules to meet client requirements.Lead and participate in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and user satisfaction.Configure and customize SAP FICO, FM, and PS modules based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and smooth operation of SAP solutions.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP FI, FM, and PS modules.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and fellow team members as needed.Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the overall growth and success of the SAP practice.Skills & KnowledgeEducational Qualifications & Certifications:MBA (IT/Finance) / CA / ICWA/ Post-Graduate degree from reputed university or any related and suitable degree.SAP certification in FICO and/or Funds Management and/or Project system is preferred.Relevant Experience:

12+ years total work experience in the IT industry.Demonstrated commitment to quality.Specialised Knowledge in the below software / application:Financial Accounting (FI): Understanding of financial accounting processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Closing Operations.Funds Management (FM): Knowledge of budgeting, funds commitment, availability control, fund transfers, and integration with other SAP modules like Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS).Project Systems (PS): Proficiency in project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes, including project structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, and project accounting.Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose SAP solutions that align with business requirements while leveraging SAP best practices.Solution Design: Capability to design SAP FI/FM/PS solutions that meet business needs, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems.Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Skill in conducting workshops and meetings to gather business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and translating them into technical requirements for SAP implementation.Configuration and Customization: Experience in configuring SAP FI/FM/PS modules based on business requirements and customizing functionalities to address specific business needs.Integration: Understanding of how SAP FI/FM/PS modules integrate with other SAP modules (e.g., Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution) and ability to design integrated solutions.Testing and Quality Assurance: Proficiency in conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP solutions before deployment.Training and End-User Support: Capability to develop and deliver end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP systems.Change Management: Ability to manage change effectively by communicating with stakeholders, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions during SAP implementation projects.Behavioural Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
