As a member of the Siepe Client Delivery team, you will work closely with other Business and Data Analysts to gain fluency in capital market concepts and become familiar with financial services operations. Our ideal candidates are intellectually curious, self-motivated, and ready to contribute wherever the need arises.We are a profitable company and offer competitive compensation and benefits while also providing an opportunity for new team members to take ownership in a small-company environment.ResponsibilitiesResearch data issues involving large volumes of data stored in various systemsTroubleshoot problems loading data from automated data feedsIdentify repetitive problems and develop permanent solutionsDevelop a working understanding of financial concepts related to client data and reportingCollaborate with business stakeholders and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processesDevelop client-facing reports based on client requests using Siepe’s proprietary reporting toolsUse SQL to make deeper dives into complex issues to trace problems back to root causeWork collaboratively in a rapidly growing teamActively participate in ongoing development and maintenance of Siepe’s Knowledge Base repositorySome travel to local client offices may be requiredQualificationsEnjoys working with numbers and data in various formatsPays attention to detail and takes ownership and pride in delivering quality work outputsAdapts quickly in fast-paced environments, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable communicating effectively (written and verbal) as well as working with a teamTakes initiative and ownership of job responsibilities and performs duties accurately and timelySelf-motivated, self-starter, and challenge-seekerBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related analytical field with 0-2 years of relevant work experienceUS Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipDesired SkillsFluency with Microsoft Office software, especially ExcelWorking knowledge of basic programming concepts desiredPrior Experience with SQL query language in either SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL preferredPrior Experience with Capital Markets or Finance industry experience preferredJoin Us!Submit your contact information and upload your resume/CV to start the process.
