Full-time, year-round position focusing on remote applications and configurations, seamless third-party integrations, streamlining data flow, optimizing processes through workflows, and maintenance and optimization of internal, state and federal reporting needs.Duties and Responsibilities:
Configures and maintains complex environments related to data configurations and college ERP systems.Develops, maintains, and enhances integrations between diverse systems, including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, and third-party applications.Collaborates with college stakeholders to design and maintain complex internal and external reporting needs.Reviews user specifications to create data workflows to support departmental operational functions.Provides backup support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) end-user security management.Provides assistance to end users with research and problem determination with ERP operational issues.Configures and maintains college portal environment.Monitors and supports connectivity issues between all aspects of ERP environment.Coordinates with third-party services (integration platforms or ETL tools) for the connectivity and interaction of external business systems (API web services) with college ERP systems.Performs other programming and modification duties as necessary.Creates or modifies programs in PL/SQL, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.Uses Argos, Form Fusion, or similar programming tools.Contributes to unit planning, assessment, and college institutional effectiveness efforts.Acts in accordance with local, state, and federal laws/regulations as well as College policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Educational:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of full-time experience related to job functions required.OR Information Technology certifications and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required.OR Associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information technology or related field and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required.(Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.)Experiential:Professional work experience in systems analysis, with a focus on integrations required. Proficiency in integration platforms or ETL tools and knowledgeable of API web services required. Experience with programming languages such as PL/SQL, Python, Java, or similar required. Experience with Linux, Oracle or similar DBMS, Banner or similar ERP system required.Other:Proficiency with development tools such as SQL Developer, Microsoft Access, Argos, etc. preferred. Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.Additional Information:
