We are seeking a highly experienced Designer, UX UI & QA to join our dynamic team.

The Designer, UX UI and QA in eCommerce IT is critical to the success of our digital products portfolio. Working closely with our Development, Creative and eCommerce business teams to understand needs, conduct user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions that are intuitive and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

:

Design and develop outstanding Guest Web and email experiences

Improve conversion and Guest satisfaction with outstanding digital experiences

Own the BAB Figma environment

Manage changes to site with Development

Serve as Build-A-Bear's Expert in User Experience

Confidently Present and Communicate Designs to Management

Required Qualifications

:

Bachelor of Science in a Design or Technical area or 3-5 years' equivalent experience

Solid knowledge of UI/UX Principles

Proficiency with Figma and related Design tools

Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jira and Creative Tools

referred Qualifications

:

3-5 years' experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise level Web Commerce system (Websphere, Magento, ATG)
