The selected candidate will work remotely out of their home office in the U.S. Midwestern Region. Travel will be required, and per diem and mileage reimbursed based on project requirements.This will be a project-specific assignment expected to last six (6) months to one (1) year.What you will be doing:As a Right of Way Agent, you will be acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project in support of the Project Manager (PM) or members of the project team. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. Able to read, understand, and interpret department-related documents and data. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to occasionally travel to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes.
