Monday – FridayThe role you’ll contribute:The Sr. Analyst of Integration Management Applications is responsible for oversight and maintenance of the systems, applications and databases used by the Integration Management team, including but not limited to managing and supporting the day-to-day management and optimization of the organizations policy management system, processes, documents, and support workflow. The Sr. Analyst will identify and implement standardized procedures to optimize the performance of applications, provide functionality training, manage intranet pages, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as necessary. The role will have responsibility for also planning and coordinating multiple projects at any given time ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, and projects are completed per the project schedule identifying risks and impacts to the organization.The value you’ll bring to the team:Responsible for oversight and maintenance of the systems/applications/databases used by the Integration Management team.Acts as a central information source for the company-wide policy management system by maintaining and distributing templates, education, and best practices.Serves as administrator for and support access to and triage issues with the systems/applications/databases at the global and corporate services level.Responsible for developing and leading in training and education on how to use the systems/applications/databases.Represents operational business needs, along with AIT Technology team, when interfacing with vendor continuously improving and optimizing systems with end-user experience as priority.Proactively solves problems or provides recommendations to support the goals of the various policy or project objectives and communicates regularly to impacted groups.Researches and prepares timely and consistent reports using data from the systems/applications/databases to inform executive teams of compliance, issues, and opportunities.Schedules and creates agendas and high-quality presentations for regular meetings with members of governing and project committees as required.Works with cross-functional peers, team members and other project managers to champion and ensure execution of application project plans, real time changes, and risk mitigation, keeping end-user experience a priority.Creates and tracks project plans, milestones, and deliverables ensuring detailed project documentation.Uses judgment and discretion in escalating issues to project leadership.The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Change Management, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Design or related field.2 years of experience required in one or more of the following: applications/database management, healthcare operations, compliance or regulatory, project management, change management, policy administration, or related field.Mastery of project management principles, methodologies and standards to drive diverse viewpoints to consensus.Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:Experience with executive-level communications and presentations.Process development and analysis experience.Strong cultural understanding of internal organizational traits and strategically utilizing those skills to work with all levels of the organization.Proven web and mobile application development.Navex PolicyTech experience preferred.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:PMP Certification or PROSCI certification.
