Susan G. Komen Puget Sound is seeking candidates for three positions:Senior Manager of Corporate Giving
Komen Puget Sound has developed a diverse array of corporate giving opportunities, including five annual fundraising events and various other programmatic and mission-related partnerships. Corporations and other business entities contribute close to $1M annually to the Affiliate. This position will be responsible for designing strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward the Affiliate’s corporate portfolio in conjunction with other staff members. While this candidate may not be the primary relationship manager for each entity, they will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the 60+ corporate relationships are maintained and for creating strategies to increase corporate giving.The Senior Manager of Corporate Giving reports to the Director of Philanthropy and is primarily responsible for revenue generation through effective development and management of sustainable relationships with corporate partners. This person will have successful experience in new business development and must have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with corporations and other business entities.Development Coordinator
The Development Coordinator is a member of the development team and is responsible for providing administrative and event support to ensure the overall success in meeting the fundraising goals for the Affiliate. The Development Coordinator will assist in the coordination and production of annual Affiliate events and will also take a lead role in producing the Lunch for the Cure in tandem with the Development Director. The Coordinator will provide overall administrative support to the Development Director and serve as administrator for donor stewardship and cultivation programs. Important aspects of the job include working with staff, contractors, volunteers, and donors to accomplish goals. The Development Coordinator will serve as liaison for third-party fundraisers and is the Affiliate’s point of contact for national cause marketing programs with local presence to ensure affiliate participation and payouts.The ideal candidate is committed to the mission and to working and supporting a wide range of events and activities to maximize the fundraising efforts of the organization.
