ERP Administrator.

Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
Manage ERP user accounts, permissions, and roles, ensuring data security and integrity.
Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users.
Perform ERP system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Train and support end users in utilizing ERP features and functions effectively.
Ensure seamless integration with other business systems and applications.
Monitor data accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
Work with vendors and external partners for system enhancements, customizations, and third-party integrations.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and processes.
Proficiency in database management and querying (SQL).
Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Experience in project management or working in an Agile environment is a plus.
