The
Technical Support Engineer
shall have the following qualifications:Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and/or other types of components and equipment.Performs technical tasks and provides site support.Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.Modifies, moves, and installs new equipment.Desired Skills:
Application Support, Lexmark Printer Troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Systems Administration, Multifunction Devices, Remote Desktop Administration, Electrical Knowledge, Mechanical Knowledge.Special Requirement Notes:
Installation and response efforts for the position require lifting equipment that weighs 20-30 pounds, walking, standing, pushing, and pulling; working around, under, and over desks, as well as professional personal interactions with customers.Clearance:
Top Secret / SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.Certifications:
IAT Level 1, CompTIA A, Security+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
