Senior Network Administrator/Primary Domain Administrator (PDA)

Maintain the MTC Domain. Review Network Servers system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resources consumption and control all user access to MTC Networks and Servers.
Maintain RMF servers for the MTC. Build, maintain, and configure all RMF Servers. Assist team members with updating standalone systems and Network Devices. Review STIGs and Best Business Practices (BBPs) to ensure all servers meet the required Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army and DOD standards.
Enforce and inspect Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), network scans, and vulnerability mitigation/remediation to ensure all network equipment meet the required DISA, Army and DOD standards, and RMF ATO compliance.
Provide direct input and assist with the management of the MTC eMASS record by maintaining MTC RMF documentation to include Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) checklists, network diagrams, information flow diagrams, and hardware/software lists, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).
Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Assist in providing networking support for the MTC and any exercise support in preparation for training.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BS or BA degree in Information Technology or related field (an additional three years of experience as a Network Administrator can be substituted for the lack of a degree).
Required Certifications: IAT Level II and Computing Environment Certifications (Security+ or higher).
Required Experience: A minimum of eight years’ experience or equivalence in IT network administration, information security, and server system administration.
Required Technical Skills: Experience with Windows 10, 11 and familiarization with Microsoft Server 2019 and Red Hat 2022.
Security Clearance Level: Secret Clearance required.
Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to work in stressful Army training exercises with Soldiers & Leaders.
Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of current technologies and products for MTC services and security.
Location: Mission Training Complex (MTC), Fort Sill, OK.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,176 - $94,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
