Consulting at CapTech:Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging the Agile Methodology as well as modern technology languages, frameworks, and patternsManage technical scope and client expectationsTechnical Solutions:Lead technical design sessions and architecting/documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectivesManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a salesforce.com implementationProvide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issuesDemonstrate technical thought leadershipLearning and Professional Development Opportunities:Create an individualized professional development planGain experience with a variety of clients and industry verticalsShare knowledge and common experiences with fellow CapTechers through Technical Communities of Practice and Lunch and LearnsDiversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at CapTech:Ability to participate with CapTech Employee Resource Groups like Black Excellence, Women at CapTech, CapTech Families, CapTech AAPI, Juntos, CapTech Neurodiversity, and CapTech PrideCelebrate CapTech’s core value of Belonging at optional (in-person!) social engagementsFlexible Work Options:Work remotely if you’d prefer, or from one of our offices if you live nearbyUtilize CapFlex to make your workday work for youNo mandatory travel expectationsQualifications

Required Qualifications:Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systemsClient-ready written and oral communications skillsMinimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experienceMinimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experienceMust have a strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems

complete software product lifecycle exposureGood knowledge of object-oriented programming, database designing, and the SDLCExtensive previous experience in implementing technologies like: VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NT, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL Server, OracleKnowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with SalesforcePreferred Qualifications (nice to have but not must have!):Salesforce.com Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant CertificationsCPQ experienceSalesforce Health Cloud experienceAdditional Information
