$5 hourlyESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks.Mentor new team members, assign appropriate tasks to junior project team members, coach project team members, and provide guidance on development best-practices.Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 7.X and Pega Survey.Create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience.Translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools.Implement PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP, Email, etc., with a good understanding of PEGA new case management features.Perform regular code and design reviews.Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.Provide regular updates to team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues.QUALIFICATIONS
CSSA certification with 3-5 years of experience developing and designing Pega frameworks, objects, environments, and applications.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.6 plus years IT experience with minimum 3-5 years hands-on development experience with Pega PRPC in a large corporate environment.Experience in using & building PRPC frameworks for reuse, using Pega Connectors & Services for integration, PRPC tools PAL, Tracer, Security Model, Access Groups, UI Portals, Log Analyzer, PRPC Multi-node architecture, and caching.Experience in PRPC configuration and customization.Experience in Pega Survey.Working knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g database and experience with PLSQL and stored procedures.Experience developing and implementing governance and best practices for above technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; great team player and willing to work in an agile setting.Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field; strong customer service focus.Familiarity with health care or PBM industry a plus.Familiar with working in a vendor partner model a plus.Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and applications.Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.Additional Information
