Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Technology (IT) Program Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide project management for enterprise-level desktop services IT projects in multiple operational and security domains. * Responsible for the successful planning, cost, schedule, and technical execution performance of the contract. * Ensure tasks are completed within mission constraints, tasking guidance from the customer is clear and unambiguous, sufficient personnel are assigned and qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are pre-empted. * Consult and coordinate with the customer and the appropriate Task Manager for problem resolution, task scheduling, resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification. * Establish and implement streamlined processes and procedures to rapidly respond to surge requirements. * Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess desktop computing needs and system requirements * Direct daily operations by analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing large IT desktop projects, preferably supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) or a government agency * Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Project Management, including tracking, planning, and reporting on projects; proven experience delivering projects on-time, on-schedule and within budget close. * A bachelor’s degree in a related technical field of experience. * Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment * Wide understanding of the current technology trends Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced degree in a related technical field (e.g., MBA, PhD) * Advanced certifications (e.g., ITILv4, PMP, etc.) * Experience managing IT Infrastructure, security and operations is a plus * Demonstrated expertise with the Sponsor’s cross-organizational missions, technical needs, and security architecture. Clearance Requirements: * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.Receive tips & info on cleared job search, security clearances and career development.
