1 Systems AnalystThe candidate will understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. Confer with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within the existing system.We prefer candidates that have a current LinkedIn profile.We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience and display good knowledge of the subject matter. Interviews for selected candidates will be technical and detailed, drilling into specific details.The candidate will be responsible for the operations of SHARP secure cloud infrastructure, platforms, and software. Help develop patterns for automated provisioning, management, scalability, and security. Ensure that all cloud solutions follow internally defined security and compliance standards and controls. Respond to and resolve application and security cloud issues. Responsible for the overall vigor of the platform including production issues, troubleshooting, and monitoring system capacity using various software, working with other technical teams and stakeholders.Job responsibilities include:Monitor and maintain multiple environments for increased observability.Develop tools to continuously improve maintainability, monitoring, security, and scalability of cloud deployments.Operations support and enhancement of the SHARP platform.II. stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.YearsRequired/PreferredExperience10 Required: Experience in establishing proactive controls to monitor the health of various AWS services to improve reliability of tools/applications.10 Required: Experience in supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and securing various AWS IaaS and PaaS services.8 Required: Experience in improving the security of various services based on the zero trust model.8 Required: Demonstrated experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting network issues.4 Preferred: Splunk experience strongly preferred.2 Preferred: Experience or Knowledge of Dev/Ops concepts.1 Preferred: AWS SysOps Administrator Certification.1 Preferred: Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.1 Preferred: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
