Winter 2025 Co-op - IT Research and Development

at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our business, IT, and software partner teams on real-world solutions. This is a role model based on our Business Analyst so you will learn our methods and Agile ways of working in IT. Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 6 – May 23, 2025

Full-time; 30-40 hours per week

Monday-Friday

8:00am until 5:00pm

Hybrid

As an IT Research and Development Co-op you will:

Work as a liaison between our R&D business team and our IT project development team to ensure that our technical team understands the business needs

Be the point of contact for our business teams when they have questions on how to use the Optiva software for Formulas and Ingredients and Specright for Packaging Specs.

Learning Organizational Change Management (OCM) for Specright, including rolling out Training and Knowledge management

Test the application after any development changes and ensure that a quality product is delivered to our business

Partner with multiple teams across our IT organization on elements related to IT financial management

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross-functional team environment

Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders

Requirements:

Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Food Science, R&D or another related field

Available to work 30-40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities

Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Total Rewards:

$30 / hour

Paid bi-weekly

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
