Cyber Security - Identity Access Management (IAM) - Hybrid

As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Primary Responsibilities:Plan and implement Crown’s Global Identity and Access Management Program.Help develop and maintain program materials related to identity and access management.Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.Oversee user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.Follow information security program guidance to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Respond to audit findings and implement remediation measures.Handle escalated user/customer inquiries and support tickets.Ensuring the principles of least privilege is properly implemented.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions and privileged access management.3 years of experience in IAM or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO, GDPR, and other global privacy regulations.Experience with database architectures, ERP Systems, SaaS offerings, and hybrid cloud environments.Experience in IT security or associated field.Hybrid Remote Ohio: Crown offers mostly remote work for this position. A reasonable commute is necessary since some onsite work is required.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
