This position involves scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors, preparing monthly pay estimates, updating the Project CPM schedule, and maintaining project budgets, change orders, and cost reports for review by the Project Manager. Additionally, the role includes managing project document control procedures, organizing and leading regular review meetings, and performing various other assigned duties to ensure project success.Key Competencies:
