We are currently seeking a

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

with

ICU experience

for a locum tenens assignment near Richland, WA. This critical care role is open due to a long-term vacancy and will require night shift coverage on a

7 on/7 off

schedule, with no call requirements. The assignment will be ongoing, with coverage needed until a permanent provider is hired.The ideal candidate should have experience in an ICU setting, be comfortable performing a variety of procedures, and be board-certified. This opportunity is perfect for advanced practice providers looking for consistent, long-term shifts in a high-acuity environment.Start Date : ASAP - OngoingShift Type : Night shift only (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)Schedule : 7 on/7 off (Thursday through Wednesday)Patients Per Shift : 6-8Bed Count in ICU : 14No Call Requirements : Critical care physician on-call for backup supportKey Responsibilities:

Provide advanced critical care to assigned ICU patients during night shifts.Perform necessary procedures such as:

Central linesArterial linesIntubationsParacentesis (occasional)

Collaborate closely with the critical care team and other hospital staff to deliver optimal patient care.Participate in rounding on assigned ICU patients.Certification and Experience Requirements:

Board Certification : RequiredCertifications : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)FNP, ACNP, ARNP Considered : Based on experience levelICU Experience : RequiredAdvanced Procedures : Must be comfortable performing central and arterial lines, intubations, and paracentesis.Note: PAs with relevant ICU experience will also be considered.EMR System : McKesson ParagonBackup Support : Critical care physician available on-call for assistanceBenefits of This Opportunity:
