The ideal candidate should have solid experience in desktop application development and a deep understanding of vision systems and interaction with various hardware, such as data acquisition cards, sensors, and actuators.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Design and develop robust desktop applications using Python and C#.Integrate computer vision technologies into software solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.Collaborate in the design and implementation of control and automation systems that interact with various electronic devices.Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to optimize and automate production tasks.Work in an agile development environment, actively participating in Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, specifically with Python and C#.Advanced knowledge of vision systems, including cameras and image processing.Experience in the integration and control of hardware such as data acquisition cards, sensors, and actuators.Strong knowledge of electronics.Experience in implementing solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.Experience working with industrial robots.Advanced knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP).We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
