You will lead projects that target the reduction of product development cycle time and improved efficiency and effectiveness in a lean culture. The successful candidate has experience solving complex issues in order to design creative, integrated process solutions across Qorvo business groups.REQUIREMENTSDevelop system solutions with business process owners and translate into system designs and specificationsCreative problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building are instrumental in this roleAs IT solutions are developed, lead testing activities to ensure requirements are aligned and end goal is achievedStrong skills in project definition and alignment with the end-user stakeholderExperience with SQL and database/data structure experience preferredPython desired to enable quick solutioningPeriodic travel to Qorvo operational sites and remote design offices may be required (approximately 10%)Experience working with complex patterns to create IT system solutionsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Engineering degree required or technology equivalent4-6 years related work experienceExcellent communicator with strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skillsExperience working with LEAN principles to optimize efficiencyMAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
