Determine signal characteristics of waveforms or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest. Perform the collection, evaluation, and documentation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data. Support a range of analytical products and functions to allow for development of signal exploitation capabilities. Translate analytical results into briefings to communicate characteristics of signal for identification and/or exploitation. Provide guidance to developers and operators of signal characteristics at the waveform or bit level necessary for the exploitation of signals of interest. Oversee the development, deployment or collection, documentation and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited data.

Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience.An Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.Computer Science (CS) degree or related fieldTS/SCI clearance with polygraphRequired Technical Skills

Experience in developing or analyzing hardware or software techniques, applications and tools, scientific programming, or digital signals processing.Understanding of signals and protocol analysis techniques, and ability to apply this to discovery activities.Knowledge of bit manipulation toolsKnowledge of communication protocols that relate to cyber activityC++PythonDesired Technical Skills
