We need your knowledge as an Information Security Risk Specialist to help break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.As an Information Security Risk Specialist on our team, you’ll work to discover cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll get technical, environmental, and personnel details from engineers and SMEs to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you’ll help your team guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones.You’ll work with your client to translate security concepts so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission critical systems and critical infrastructure. Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and the implementation of industry best practicesAbility to identify security requirements for connected and nonconnected systems, unclassified and classified systemsFoundational DoD 8140 CWF CertificationSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities needed to obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO)Experience deploying, implementing, maintaining, and integrating cybersecurity tools and applicationsExperience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Ports, Protocols and Services Matrix, Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), and Host Based Security System.Ability to learn new technologies via self-study and collaboration with team membersIntermediate or advanced DoD 8140 CWF CertificationClearance:

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).Work Model
