This individual will assume a crucial responsibility in contributing to automation projects that are essential for the success of our infrastructure team’s operations. The role involves actively contributing to the creation of automation solutions within our mission-critical hosting environment.Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using PHP and the Symfony frameworkTroubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code to ensure high performance and security of applicationsWrite clean, well-structured, and documented code that aligns with industry best practicesWork closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and smooth infrastructure management

Automation Development

Build and maintain infrastructure management modules and automation tools to streamline operationsWork closely with the operations team to integrate automation solutions into our infrastructureContinuously monitor and enhance automation systems for efficiency and reliabilityIntegrate third-party services and APIs to expand the platform’s capabilities

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features that enhance the functionality of our infrastructure management platformParticipate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)3-5 years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong focus on the Symfony frameworkSolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and best coding practicesFamiliarity with infrastructure management concepts, automation tools, and cloud platformsProficient in MySQL or other relational databases and database schema designExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systemsStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the hosting or IT services industryFamiliarity with DevOps practices and toolsA keen eye for UX/UI designExperience working with global teams
