General Description:This position reports to the Security Manager and will be performing a variety of duties in the implementation and maintenance of a complete industrial security program. This position offers great opportunity for growth and development.Essential Duties:Assist with the creation of Standard Operating ProceduresProduce badgesProcess and file security informationEscort personnelSupport classified shippingConduct security briefingsCandidates will be trained and mentored to be proficient at performing all related duties.Required Skills:Self-starter requiring minimal supervisionAbility to plan, schedule and arrange activities to accomplish objectivesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is requiredMinimum of two years working in an industrial security rolePrior experience in military, law enforcement, or industrial security is requiredAdministrative experience is beneficialExperience with the use and management of physical security (IDS, access control, cameras) systemsExperience with NISS, DISS, and SIMS databasesCompletion of DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing FacilitiesRequired to have a working knowledge of the NISPOM and ICDsRequired Education:Associates degree with 2 years of experience or 3 years of related work experience.Special Requirements:US Citizenship is requiredMust have a current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraphCurrent active Top Secret clearance/SCI with polygraph is desiredCompensation:The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,640 - $113,353 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
