FDP participants will also receive in-depth training and complete a thorough onboarding process. Participants will be assigned a mentor who will provide ongoing coaching and feedback, setting the foundation for success. In addition to hands-on learning, you’ll be invited to our intern event series (to learn about Dentsply Sirona, Finance, IT, Transformation projects, and the overall business) and social activities. At the end of the internship, you will present what you accomplished to senior finance leadership.
