Which is where you come in.What you will be doingQuality Management System: Conducting Management Reviews, overseeing the management of policies, procedures, records and organizes/conducts audits.Environmental Management System: Conducting Management Reviews, overseeing the management of policies, procedures, records and organizes/conducts audits.Action Management: overseeing the completion of corrective and preventive actions, and verifying effectiveness from audits, customer complaints, and other sources.Change Management System: Ensures all stakeholders are included in change management team, and activities are completed to standard.Product Specification and Certificate of Analysis: Owner of the site’s databases. Interacts with segment leaders, Customer Service and customers on alignment and accuracy.Customer Surveys: completes customer surveys regarding quality and environmental management systems.Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications to include new expansion(s).Ensure Umicore standards and requirements are met.Develop Quality and Environmental Strategies with key stakeholders (local and global).Who we are looking forBachelor's degree in science/engineering or related field.Experience at being the Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 and 9001.5 plus years of experience in related work.LEAN and Visual Management Experience (5S) a plus.Has a hands-on approach to the job.Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills with employees and stakeholders.Systems and process oriented.Has the ability to motivate and organize colleagues.What we offerWe aim to lead the way.
