Learn more at www.fisherstech.com .Delivery Manager:The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the comprehensive “white glove” process for delivery of equipment, parts, or supplies, ensuring alignment with Fisher’s objectives and exceeding customer expectations. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.Job Responsibilities:Supervise the Delivery and Logistics/Dispatch team – providing direction to personnel daily, managing weekly and monthly activities that result in quality delivery experiences and efficient operations.Provide accurate and detailed financial and operational audits, reports, delivery analysis and recommendations for improvements. Develop and implement reporting tools and mechanisms that effectively communicate KPI’s.Communicate areas of responsibility and performance expectations, creating clear goals and expectations; ensure accountability for performance.Recruit and maintain a qualified workforce. Review staffing and talent needs and partner with Human Resources on recruiting and retention efforts.Create, coordinate, and deliver training and presentations on new and established company practices.Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance.Act as the primary point of contact for delivery team, including clients, senior management, and other key personnel.Communicate delivery status and issues effectively, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the delivery process.Manage expectations, ensuring that deliverables meet their needs and requirements.Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact the delivery of equipment.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed, providing recommendations for resolution.Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the quality and performance of deliverables.Monitor and manage delivery budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.Manage DOT regulation requirements for delivery team.Requirements:Proven experience in “white glove” delivery management.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional customer service.Attention to detail and effective time management skills.Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Drive to grow skills and grow within the organization.Occasional overnight travel for training or backup purposes will be required.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Fisher’s Technology offers an extensive benefits package that includes the following:
