Hybrid Role with 2 days onsite from day 1 - Tuesday and Wednesday - this may change.Candidate Requirements:Reside in the Lansing, Michigan, area (60-mile radius)Must have reliable transportationSenior Programmer/Analyst Responsibilities:Design, implementation, and delivery of system and software architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans.Design, prototype, develop and implement software to achieve business results for the client.Lead and deliver solutions using D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform, object-oriented, service-oriented architecture, and n-tier architectures.Adopt, develop, and execute a robust software development lifecycle, using industry best practices.Engage with senior technical team leaders in the development of long-term technology strategy and planning.Participate in project teams, clarifying business needs and requirements, performing analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance of systems.Manage projects or tasks using State and industry project delivery methodologies and best practices.Perform a variety of complicated tasks, demonstrating creativity and value-added contributions.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of ten years of post-undergraduate degree CRM industry experienceMinimum of ten years of post-undergraduate, hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform technical solutionsMinimum of eight years of post-undergraduate degree experience as a Java code developerRequired Skills:Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement/Power PlatformFunctional knowledge in at least one D365 CE moduleExperience with Data modeling, agile methodologies, Azure DevOps for task management, and D365 Customer InsightsJava, J2EEExperienced in designing and implementing Java MVC frameworks (Struts MVC) and ORM tool (Hibernate/JPA)Experience in developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 2016 or higher) or equivalent DB (Oracle/Postgres)Experience performing analysis and requirements gathering with customersExperience with both web-based and client server based systems architectureExperience with Object Oriented Analysis, design and programming experienceAbility to work and communicate well with all levels of IT coworkers and usersAbility to prepare detailed written instructions and documentationExperience with Java batch jobsAbility to work under pressure and tight timelines and diagnose and resolve complex problems quicklyAbility to mock up/wireframe website architecture changesExperience maintaining websites with a CMS (Sitecore preferred)Working knowledge of UXDesired Skills:Java Springboot, microservicesCloud based development and deployment experienceSiebel / Microsoft Dynamics - CRM applicationsNice InContactJenkins or Azure DevOps experienceGit/Jira - file repository system experienceFileNet Suite of productsJasper Reports / PDF document processingJunitMavenLog4jSoapUICorticon Rules Engine technologyWebSphere LibertySitecore Web CMS
