Position Title:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between the CRM solution and Microsoft Office products, including Azure, Office 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Teams.
Extensive experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to manage large-scale software development projects, including coordinating and aligning efforts with multiple Agile Release Train (ART) teams to ensure seamless integration, synchronization of sprints, and alignment with program-level objectives.
Collaborate with DOJ stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, scrum masters, and other IT professionals to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems using APIM solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, and support bulk data import, advanced analytics, reporting, APIs, and Spatial Searches.
Implement robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), object-level permissions, and field-level security to safeguard sensitive DOJ data and ensure compliance with federal security standards such as FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and others.
Design and develop mobile app CRM solutions, leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, to support DOJ field operations and remote access needs.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of software development.
Required Qualifications :
Must be a U.S. citizen and currently reside within the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform architecture and development.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Field Service), Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), and integration with Azure, Office 365, and MS Teams.
Experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and supporting real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between CRM and Microsoft Office products.
