Responsibilities and Qualifications

Bonobos is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to be responsible for user adoption and designing of project plans related to align with Express and Bonobos business and technology strategies. This role will draw upon their vast experience in application usage with specific knowledge of business processes and strategic goals. This individual will work across multiple platforms, collaborating with business partners, drive future projects and support associates with an eye to the future. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will collaborate with senior business leaders, technology leaders and peers. The person who fills this role is a willing collaborator seeking to drive user adoption. This position will work with many technology solutions across the organization. The position will guide stakeholders through business process changes, use of applications, and drive to delivery. This position must be willing to put themselves in other team members' shoes to understand their day-to-day activities and communicate effectively how it can be completed in different applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with stakeholders to define application expectations and functional requirementsDesign, test, and implement the standards and configuration aligning with end user requirementsFacilitate and lead training related to the rollout of new functionality or applicationsAccountable for ensuring the delivery of solutions for current and future organizational needsCommunicate project status, details, timelines, project roadblocks and available resourcesAccountable for project roadmap plan and timelines including any blockersParticipate in new project idealization, prioritization and business requirement gatheringImplement system operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by developing mechanisms, user acceptance testing (UAT) and tools to roll out these best practicesDemonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practicesPartnering with technology teams and business partners to understand needs and develop product strategies, standards, and documentationResearch and recommend opportunities to adopt new technology and design patternsAble to engage and provide business process understanding across cross functional disciplinesCoordinate with cross functional teams and vendors to assist in resolving issuesDevelop and improve existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirementsEnable expanded use procure-to-pay systemRespond to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports, saved searches and simplify the reporting processCoach and mentor technology associates

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Technology or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience5+ years of experience in business administration, information systems, operations, ERP, or analytical roleFamiliarity with cloud software like Anaplan, NetSuite (ERP), BeProduct (PLM), SPS Commerce, Snowflake Workday(HRIS) and OktaPossesses project management skills and the ability to manage team collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive and SharePointAdvanced Excel skills with basic knowledge of SQL and willingness to learn data modelingStrong understanding of retail and ecommerce business operation processesExperience developing and maintaining business documentation and capability to translate technical or business requirementsAbility to take business analysis and complex projects from concept to completion and make the results accessible and relevant to business users of all levelsPossesses strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in order to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner and always looking to improve systems that are already in placeExperience working with on-site and off-site teams, coordinating work, expectations, and delivery

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.

Salary Range

$94,900 - $134,900
